AdsRole operates as a digital marketing and development agency. Our core services include, but are not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Social Media Management
• Paid Advertising (PPC/Ads)
• Virtual Assistant (VA) Services
• Web and Software Development
• Mobile App Development

The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for your project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal signed before work begins.

2Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery of our services, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary platforms (e.g., website CMS, social media accounts, ad accounts).
• Provide necessary approvals, assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure all content, images, or assets provided to AdsRole do not violate any copyright or trademark laws.

3Payment Terms

• Fees for our services will be detailed in your individual Service Agreement.
• Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt.
• AdsRole reserves the right to pause or suspend services if payments are not received by the agreed-upon due date.

4Limitation of Liability

AdsRole strives to provide the highest quality services; however, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., exact search rankings, specific sales numbers, or guaranteed ROI), as third-party platforms (like Google or Meta) frequently change their algorithms and policies. AdsRole shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

5Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, and the applicable laws of India.
